Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). f we experience a high volume of orders or delays, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

Domestic (UK) Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Standard and tracked options may be available.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and postal service.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, transit times are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the receiver is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help investigate with Royal Mail.
