We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags and packaging must be included

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be non-returnable (e.g., custom or personalized items, sale items, earrings, lingerie — adjust as needed). These will be clearly marked at checkout.
